Landscape Designer

Maria Mallender is a Postgraduate Landscape Architect graduating from Birmingham City University (UK), in 2011. Her major design thesis awarded her a distinction and membership to the Landscape Institute.  After winning a nationwide competition in 2012 Maria has gone on to broaden her horizons in the Pays de la Loire region of France where she is continuing to blur the boundaries between art, design, and environment. 

 

Coming from a background in design development, creative art’s and horticulture Maria has a complimentary blend of skills which brings both technical, artistic and critical abilities to her work, allowing her to act as an interface between people, place and natural systems.
